Story

As a previous nurse practitioner, Kelly Nolin has always had a passion for supporting her local community. When she opened up The Scoop Ice Cream Cafe in 2017, it was her dream come true. Offering all-natural ice cream, shakes, locally roasted coffee, pastries, and more, we’re Ellington’s go-to gathering place for a wholesome, tasty treat. Because our community is our family, we love hosting birthday parties and putting on live music events. We believe the best things in life are shared, so come on by and share your scoop.

Great place to chill with your family. During lockdown - customers and staff were following social distancing rules. Good menu and nice seating arrangement. Ample parking space. They have a couple of items on the menu for pets too

A very cute little ice cream shop. The specialty unicorn milkshake was absolutely magical! Very fun!

This place is charming!  The ice cream is super tasty and vegan inclusive!

Friendly staff with great ice cream. Location and building excellent. Unfortunately on busy days the staff cannot support and product quality and customer service suffers.

Cute little ice cream shop with decent selection of flavors. Happened to be out in the area, so wanted to give it a try. Staff were friendly and helpful. Black raspberry chip was delicious. Bit pricey, but most novelty ice cream shops are. I would return if in the area again.

Amazing flavors! Local fresh icecream. Made right in the Berkshires. I order the unicorn with blueberry honey lavender ice cream my son order the chocolate Madness with chocolate stout ice cream... reasonably priced if you compare it to places like Sugar Factory! But 100 better ;
