I love this place! They are producing next level culinary integrity with every bite they bring you! Lance, Travis and Justin whip you up the best sushi available anywhere in Bozeman while Jess mixes up a vibrant selection of unique drinks! Couldn’t ask for a better dining experience!

Sushi is an art form at Sashimi! Paul and Lance concoct super-creative combinations while guests watch them slice fish wafer-fine, blow torch tender pork, or explain shellfish anatomy. Sashimi is a slow food experience where the staff takes their sushi but not themselves seriously. Worth the price!
