The Sanctuary Minnesota

I was fortunate to have stayed with Bill and Brenda for several months in their Four Lights Gifford model Tiny Home. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I loved the community they fostered, their warm and welcoming nature, and feeling like I’d been welcomed into a new forever family. Since this is a community, please don’t expect to be waited on hand-and-foot, but do expect to have beautiful scenery, make new friends, and have a safe place to lay your head. Highly recommended!

I’ve known Bill and Brenda for years and they have very down to earth loving hearts. They have done a great job at building the beginnings of a nature-centric tiny house village. I highly recommend checking out their property and all that Sanctuary MN has to offer.

I only gave a one star so I could get this out there. These people are fake fraudulant and scammers that only want people's money and want to trick the elderlie out of there tiny houses. They seriously are not liked by anyone in the commnities around them. I have met that visited and OMG seriously tey rent out rooms by the night for around 30-40 dallors a night, however the rooms have no windows. Why would anyone rent that when they could get a camp site for around 14-20 a night that has a great veiw of the out side world. Plus they treat their residents like paychecks from what I am told and are very self Important egotistical maniacs. And not to mention the fact that the guy Bill builds stuff around there with no building permits and thinks he is a master builder though it's amazing any of the structures he built are even standing. They don't even take care of their Tennant's really. They always go on vacation and expect the tenants to fix the driveway when it's a huge mud pit. These people hate kids. And dogs, they tell people that their food stinks and then put their nose in every one's buisness. All the stuff I learned of these people since I seen them on the news is bad, and I wouldn't even want anything to do with their fony tiny house village. They harass the hunters in the wild life management area I know that as fact as they called the DNR on my buddy who was squirrel hunting for supposedly shooting at their cats, Which in the state of Minnesota is actually encourgaed, because cats that rrun wild ruin the environment and the DNR consider cats running wild on public land as vermin because they kill squirrels and birds for the sheer fun of it.
