I've bought a few things from here and they've always been very good with helping me find the right products. Their product selection is quite vast, and I really appreciate them taking the time to dig through all their catalogues with me. When the time comes, I'd definitely return to buy from them again.

Staff was extremely rude, I sent my art work via email a PSD file and was told that everything was perfect and my order would be ready.
I ordered my clothing 2 weeks ahead of time to insure I had it for an event, I made them aware of this.
When I showed up for my shirts the colour was TERRIBLE!
They blamed it on me saying they needed a vector file, which they NEVER told me.
Then the man I was dealing with was about as rude as they come. Not only would I NEVER step foot in this place again, but I will be making sure that all of my fellow business associates are aware of their unprofessional nature also.
Offering me a whole $7 off of a $100 order of shirts that they messed up, and I don't want is ridiculous.
As for my event that the shirts were needed for, they happily left me hanging. So THANKS for that.

Our Senior Men baseball team ordered caps and everything was great...from the service to the price, and best of all the product was just as we ordered.
