I have been going to this store and have nearly always had a good experience. However, today, I wasn't quite sure what I saw. As I was walking in, someone dropped off a brand new child' s mattress, still in its cover, they leaned it up against the wall by the drop off entrance, while I assumed they got more stuff off the truck. I had a quick look around the store, came out and sat on the bench to make a phone call. Almost immediately , two people came walking by carrying a child's bed, with the new mattress on it, and headed towards the rear parking lot. I assumed it was the buyer and a staff member who was helping her carrying it to the car. Wow, that was quick to get that priced, and sell it to someone! But when they came back, I noticed they were BOTH Sal Ann employees!nAs I said, I don't know exactly what I saw!
used to be actually a thrift store for those on a budget. slowly becoming costco/walmart pricing for used stuff, which people donated, totally ridiculous. i saw some very used pants for $14 there, at that price why not goto costco or walmart buy a brand new for $15 lol
I somehow always find exactly what I'm looking for at this location. It may be a smaller space but it is well maintained and the prices are much better than the newer Langford location.
good store, prices have gotten pretty high due to inflation + the gentrification of thrift shopping :nnnot as bad pricing as the one downtown but getting therenncan usually find clothes the same price as fast fashion or just general clothing retailers, can’t imagine how difficult it would be for someone who is low income
Love the store always a mystery on what i can find every time awsome prices awsome staff keep up the great work
