I'm incredibly frustrated with how the donation drop-off area is managed at this location, especially during non-office hours. As the photos show, the back alley often ends up looking like a complete mess, with items strewn everywhere. It attracts people who either take the donations or rummage through them, making things even worse. This isn't just an eyesore—it's a serious safety concern, particularly since kids pass by here on their way to school.nnI've seen people who seem to be under the influence of drugs hanging around the area, which makes it feel unsafe and downright disturbing for those of us who live nearby. This situation is absolutely unacceptable in what should be a supportive community space.nnI strongly urge management to step up and implement a better system for handling donations. Securing the area or restricting access after hours could make a big difference in keeping our neighborhood safe, clean, and free from this kind of chaos.
super small but if you visit every week or two/live or work somewhat nearby you are bound to find something. employees are very nice and polite but aisles are narrow and senior ladies with grocery carts block them all the time so its a bit harder to pass. love checking it out but some prices are a bit steep from time to time
This Salvation Army Thrift store is clean compared to other thrift store . I saw staff wiping all the shelves. Their shoes are clean compared to VV . I’ve been visiting this thrift store for 11 years now . I found quality and affordable stuff that are useful and affordable . Staff are always willing to help you. I appreciate the manager now than 3 years ago . Thank you for all your work . Kudos everyone .
found $10 aliexpress made in china shoes that were flimsy, creased, and falling apart. they were priced $15. went to ask if I could get them a bit cheaper and showed the listing as that’s more expensive than the brand new shoes, they did not allow it. I wasn’t expecting Salvation Army to turn into another value village but I guess we’ve lost another thrift store to greed. honestly just better to buy new than waste ur time here
Staff is amazing, manager Hava has amazing problem resolution skills and staff members stephen/Steven was also very helpful with an awesome recall of the whole stock that day.
