A wonderful, well laid out, and elegant event space in the heart of Edmonton. Beautiful interior decor, lots of service points, and enough ventilation and security. Really enjoyed my event. Kudos to management for good maintenance.
We had a party at this venue a couple weeks ago and I would never go back or recommend anyone to book this venue. The customer service, especially from the owner Tanya, was horrible.nnFood was served and picked up before guests even arrived, they didn't tell us about technical issues with the projector, food we paid for wasn't served or made, other hall guests kept coming to our hall and the hall staff did nothing to prevent this when we flagged it to them, etc. When we brought our concerns to Tanya after the party, she started screaming and cursing at us and we genuinely were afraid of her physically hitting us.nnThere are better options in Edmonton, please look at those before ever even considering this place.
Food was good, the persons that were taking care of all the guests were humble nd helping as well. This is the best place u might wanna do your celebration in…!!!
Tanya and her husband, the owners, were incredibly rude and disrespectful, displaying unprofessionalism I have never encountered before. Tanya yelled at us and seemed on the verge of physically attacking us. We hosted our party at their venue, and the experience was disastrous. The food was not prepared properly, and appetizers were packed up and water placed in the heaters before our guests had even eaten by 7:30 PM. The waiters brought food from the party next door in small bowls to make up the shortage of food. Despite booking food for 120 people, there was barely enough for 80-90. When confronted with images of the inadequate food service, Tanya accused us of lying and made offensive remarks.nnIt was extremely embarrassing as our guests walked away from the empty buffet. When we addressed our concerns, they outright denied the issues. Additionally, the screens for our slideshow didn't work due to faulty wiring. When we asked for help, Tanya and her husband contradicted themselves, first claiming we should have asked a team member, then saying the crew couldn't stop serving to assist with the slideshow.nnTheir behavior was appalling, showing a complete lack of respect or care for their clients. I strongly advise against using their services. Save your money and go elsewhere.
We had party at this hall this past weekend…. We had really bad experience….. they didn’t serve what we told them …. And when we ask they refuse…. And lie despite of us telling them . Our party was in small hall but people from other hall came our side and try to create problems with our guests and when we tell that to Tania she was so rude…. no customer service at all.nThey bring food to our hall from other hall. We have to keep on telling them to bring food.nIn last we are disappointed that we choose this hall . Strongly recommend not to go there to do parties very bad experience.
