People are very rude compared to other dealers. Their clothing stock sucked. Prices seem high compared to other dealers. People definitely don't go out of their way to be helpful. You never get offered help you have to ask. No one says hi when you come in the door like they do at our local dealer. We won't be back! Whether that matters to them or not. Disappointed to say the very least.

Wow - amazing Harley dealership! I was on a three day bike trip when my bike would not start in Espenola on Saturday. I called The Rock Harley Davidson in Sudbury and they said if I could get the bike to them they would look at it. So I called a tilt and load and off to Sudbury we went. As promised Ryan in service had my bike looked at right away. Turns out the stator was bad and no parts in stock for my older Ultra Glide. It's now Saturday afternoon and i'm stranded in Sudbury, tried to get a rental car one way but none available. When Greg Erixon heard this he said no way that was going to happen and offers me a bike to get home. The best customer service I have ever experienced. I will never forget this, thank you, thank you to Greg and his staff at The Rock Harley Davidson!!! -Paul Donnelly

Super friendly place. Staff knew we were just visiting but still took tome to talk and go over the features of the new bikes and gave us a heads up about some construction ahead to avoif
