We had quesadillas and wings... and they were delicious. And my G&T was only less than $5. So good deal, good food, good service. Bottom line - great local place. We will go again.
This place has been around for many years but this was my first time coming here. I'm not sure why it took me so long. For COVID dining conditions, they have extended their patio into the parking lot, and have done it quite well. It's a spacious and clean dining area with umbrellas over each table. I looked over their condensed menu, which included a selection of apps, sandwiches, and mostly lighter fare. I chose The Works burger, which included an 8oz beef patty, bacon, cheese, an onion ring, and pickles. The assembled burger was nice and thick. I had to compress it to get it in my mouth! The flavour was actually quite good and it was juicy without dripping all over. It came with a ton of crispy skin-on fries! Good burger! My server was very pleasant and friendly but she seemed to be the only server taking care of everybody. I don't know what the staffing situation was in the kitchen but my visit took an hour and a half. For a burger! That, to me, is not acceptable. Food: 4 Length of service: 2
Great little pub, steps from the waterfront. Friendly and warm staff, clean and welcoming atmosphere. Great tall can deals on weekends and although I found the pub grub menu a touch more expensive than what I'm used to, it was worth it. The wings were great and smartly come with a discard bowl, crunchy carrots and celery with dipping sauce. Nice open patio, clean restrooms, free pool. Our Scottish waitress was so nice and friendly. Hit this place up when you're in Pickering next!
It's quite the "place" Fights. Drunks. Fights. More Drunks. More Fights. Bathrooms with no doors. Did I mention Drunks and Fights? And after the comes to deal with the broken bones and comedy of drunken Millennials with liquid courage that start the fights? The bartenders and owner continues to serve more booze to the very drunks that instigated the brawl like nothing happened ... Awesome It's like the Double Douce just without the girls, Patrick Swayze, doors on bathrooms and Jeff Haley....

Great spot to grab a beer and delicious food! Great service
This afternoon after a long strenuous hike through through the Rouge Valley we were spoiling for a burger—not just any burger, but an EPIC burger—and wandered over to the Ridges Pub for takeout. And, as always, they did not disappoint! They were a few minutes short of opening when I called but the kind woman who answered the phone cheerfully offered to fire up her grill and cook us two of the best burgers we’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, laden with toppings, and absolutely mouth-watering; every bite was a pleasure. Served with a mountain of fresh-cut fries, it was just the meal we wanted and needed after our hike, and satisfied the craving very nicely. I can’t say enough good things about this gem of a pub on Liverpool Rd, nor about the warmth and hospitality of the wonderful owner. It’ll be my go-to pub going forward, and I can’t wait to become a regular once life returns to normal post-lockdown! Thank you, Ridges Pub!
Good place to hang out with friend and "Watch the game". The staff are friendly, the beer is fairly cheap and the food is decent pub grub. If I had any complain it would be that you have to walk through a crowd of smokers and a cloud of smoke to enter. Over 4 stars out of 5!
