Great service and food is so delicious! I've done takeout and now patio consistent great food and service. Cant wait to return. Good value! I know why it's always so busy!
Great portions!! Got two pieces of fish perfectly cooked!! French fries was good, came with coleslaw, lemon an tartar sauce. Food arrived hot and tasty!! Very impressed, didn’t get anything to complain about. Customer service was okay! We will be back!!
I try to go to this place every time I'm the area. The food, the service and the atmosphere never disappoints. We had a reservation last night and good thing as the place was packed! Our server Amanda was so fun to talk to as was all the staff and management we talked to. If your in Acton, this is definitely a must stop place to eat. I'll definitely be back!!
Great food, and amazing service. Thank you for opening the patio on a cloudy day so we could enjoy a meal with our little Ginger.
We had a wonderful time at the Red Harp Acton celebrating my husband’s birthday. The service was amazing - the young lady who served us was so friendly and genuine. She had a smile on her face and was very attentive and helpful. The food was delicious as always. Thanks for another great experience at the Red Harp - we consider ourselves so lucky to have such an amazing local restaurant just around the corner!
Basing this on my first experience, mostly. My wife and I came to this restaurant after being told about it by a friend. Everything about this place blew us away. The service was beyond expectation. My wife is a diabetic and though she hates drawing attention to it had to ask if the drinks could be brought quickly because she was low. Not only were the drinks brought quickly but our appetizers and meal were very quickly served as well. Speed of service did not diminish quality however as the food was incredible and my wife had the best Chicken Parmesan she has ever had. Honestly if our second visit didn't go so poorly with the food I would have given 5 Stars. On our second visit my wife ordered the same meal and not only did it arrive cold but the sauce was bland and watery. They corrected it but it still didn't hit the same as our first visit. Staff and management was still wonderful through it all so we plan to go back and hope that we find the food we got in our first visit.
Our families 1st time being there, and our food was fantastic, our server Jessica was outstanding and so polite. Food was cooked to perfection. Definitely a 10 out 10 experience. We will definitely be going back.
Food and service was good, the menu did not offer any pricing which was kind of odd . We were there in the fall on a warm day the place was packed and it was very hot inside. The AC was not working. We left as soon as we finished eating due to being extremely uncomfortable.
My family and i had a celebration of life for my great aunt, not only were the staff amazing but everything from food to service were excellent. I 100% recommend this place for events, dinner or even just getting a drink at there bar!
I forgot to take pictures but we went here after our work Christmas party to have some drinks. Food was good though, ordered the nachos and the mini pierogies. The drinks were very disappointing I don’t even know that’s how they really get money off people. All four of us ordered drinks, I ordered a strawberry daiquiri. When I got it, my goodness, no alcohol whatsoever. It was just a strawberry slushie. Same was true for my 3 other friends, no alcohol can be tasted in their drinks, and they are all lightweights, meaning 1 drink can already get them flushed and tipsy. So we ordered a second drink, but this time double to see if it would have any alcohol, and of course it did, but it seems like the double was what our first drink was supposed to be. I understand it’s a small town in acton and such but I hope you don’t rip off people by not putting any alcohol in their drinks. We didn’t bother complaining because we had already complained about our plates being dirty; it had leftover food on it so we had the waiter take them away. Not coming back here for drinks anymore. Only gave 1 star for the food.
