Not our first "rodeo'" Unique, friendly atmosphere! Nice staff, good drinks, big varied menu, homemade soups, Rock! Good location, parking no problem Flame broiled items are excellent! Too!.That's what we like and will return!
Excellent soups and burgers, great service.
Good half pound burgers, hot food cooked well. My only issue was the hard bun that was warmed on the grill. As a former chef myself I know it's from leaving it on too long. The prices were reasonable though and I'd return to try another item on the menu or even that one again with a softer bun.

i order the burgers and the meat is medium well. i was wrong and shall ask for medium rare. if i change it, that will be much delicious.

Stopped in for a couple of sandwiches after seeing photos posted on their site. Service is very good and polite. However, their sandwiches are average at best. My "sub style" was on a large hotdog bun. I can't review their soups. Personally, if you want a sandwich, I would not recommend. But again, the staff was very nice!
LOVE! I love their soup. I live four hours away from here, but I am so thankful my sister lives there so I have an excuse to visit. I don't go to Sauk City without going to this place.
