We ordered nachos and spinach + feta dip for the table which were tasty and filling. I got a flight and really enjoyed the sou’western. My cod burger was tasty and other people at the table ordered fish and chips and smash burgers, everyone enjoyed their meals! Our waitress was friendly and the view was gorgeous which are additional pros about this spot!
Came here from a recommendation for the food and views from Conception Bay South area and it’s worth checking out. The appetizers and food were great - loved the touch of lemon in the hummus and pita chips.nGreat selection of beers or you can get a flight.nOrdered the club sandwich and the bread was my favorite part of the whole meal.nThe outside deck and patio overlooks a beautiful view of cliff sides and open water - something that you don’t get at many places.
During a vacation trip home, had to stop by! Tried their Cod Tacos! They were extremely flavourful, and Filling! So Fresh! They went down well with their signature Ambassador beer! The ocean view from inside is amazing. Very friendly staff. We had fish and chips but it did not taste as good as expected from the reviews I read about the place. There is a great selection of drinks at this place. There is a also a nice dining area outside with a nice view of the ocean.
Had a great time! Wish I'd know about this place before. The building might not have the best street appeal, but the inside was lovely, with plenty of windows overlooking Torbay. Nice deck for the summers. Nice pub food we had crispy chicken soft shell tacos, and fish and chips. The staff was very friendly and professional. Great server. Check their website for timings and details will start Sunday brunches soon, and closed on Mondays.
