My family and I were customers of theirs for a good few years and always showed appreciation of their services. This year, 2022, I was gone there a couple times due to an in-growing toe nail. The Doctor, that not only made it seem like he didn’t know what he was doing, only made my toe worse. Something that could have been taken care of in one appointment, was turned into an infection due to not being done properly. We paid for every appointment. The last appointment I had, me and my mother made a human mistake of forgetting the appointment time, which they had changed multiple times, and we were verbally attacked and lectured for a simple mistake that could have been addressed in a proper manner. Instead we were accused of being a problem. Reminder of our years of appreciation for their services and showing up on time for every single appointment , but our one simply forgotten appointment turned us into customers that had to be lectured? As if we aren’t humans that make simple mistakes? For that, my family has discontinued going there due to being disrespected in multiple ways.
I have been seeing Dr. Sutton at this clinic for many years and she is amazing. Very professional, friendly and always accommodating. Staff are all great and the location is also convenient!
I have to recommend this provider. I have seen Dr Monk for a number of years. He has always been able to help me. Great service - very responsive and understanding! Great reception staff as well.
I wanted to see a foot Doctor for foot pain diabetic neuropathy and pain in my toenails from excess skin and curled toenails. I got zero advice from the MD...told my foot pain was there until the disease progressed and then maybe it would get better then. He said he "heard gabapentin helps with that" and recommended a cooling spray. Then he proceeded to cut my toenails so short and jagged, not straight. Filed the edges for 2 seconds for the whole foot. Cutting the corners so deep. I now have to go get a pedicure to try and fix this mess. I would have been way better off with a foot care nurse who would have at least done an assessment on my feet and would not have done this to my toenails. 100% regret. I really wish I could add pics to this review.
Poor customer service and diagnosis and solution quite off. Twice I arrived after work and no one relevant was there when they should have been; the first time I called early afternoon and was told I would be assisted just after 430pm. I arrived later only to be told that everyone had gone home. Also, the diagnosis on my foot pain was quite off. I've been told by two other different practitioners since who noted a bunionette as the likely cause of my foot pain. One of these practitioners did not see the need for the podiatrist prescribed orthotics! They are not cheap and they were actually making my foot roll outwards onto the bunionette! And part of the recommended physiotherapy involved pulling my foot upwards from the outside of my foot to do a stretch! This was making things worse! You took my money quite easily, even before I could see a sample. Because I trusted the podiatrist! Very disappointed and wish I could get my money back. Not impressed in the least. Lesson learned.
For the first time in three years. Today is the day I can finally walk without pain from Morton’s neuroma caused by a broken toe. I’ve seen three podiatrists. Spent thousands in footwear. Bought every gimmick on Amazon. Massage therapy. Acupuncture. Physio therapy. Home therapy. Sports medicine specialists. Chiropractor. I suffered planter fascitis. Achilles tendonitis. Heel Spurs. Bunions. Flat foot. Thank you thank you thank you Dr Monk. I feel so relieved even if the inserts are only the temporary ones. Look after your feet!!
Awesome people and very nice to deal with
Poor business practices I believe! I accidently lost my childs orthotic that had not even been worn while back to school shopping. It took 4 weeks for them to get back to me I called once a week and waited to hear back . I hoped they could perhaps give me a bit of a break to replace it. This was our second pair of orthotics there and they were about to receive more business from us for 3 more pairs...over $1200 worth of orthotics but.... they could not cut me a break at all to replace this one orthotic. Going to charge me over $170.00 for one which probably costs them pennies. I told them that they would loose over $1200 worth of business from me and that I was very disappointed but they didn't really care! To me this is not the way to conduct a successful business. I am very disappointed at myself for loosing this orthotic and for recommending them to people in the past! They certainly don't seem client driven to me. I guess my family will be going elsewhere from now on. Too bad!
Excellent service from everyone! Dr Goff was wonderful and explained everything he was doing and showed me some exercises to help with the pain I'm having. I'd recommend this place to anyone!
Awesome service! Great staff !
