This week was really hot. I didn't feel like cooking dinner so I ate at the newly opened Pipers Rest restaurant. Yesterday, my husband had dinner here with friends.ncool inside and the food was delicious. It was excellent just as my husband told me. As I was leaving, they even gave me my favorite scone as a treat. I'll definitely visit again soon
Family stopped in on our way home from the beach.nHeard some whispers about how good the food is a Pipers.nTo our surprise, it was delicious!! Service was good, new staff so have patience.nThe food came out real quick and it was awesome!! Honolulu Bowl was amazing, plus lettuce wrap, damn all the food was good.
I had an amazing dining experience at Piper’s pub. The Italian cream pasta was rich and creamy, perfectly complemented by the crispy, tender tonkatsu. The kids' smoothie was a hit, and the mango bingsu for dessert was simply divine. The taste, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch. I am definitely looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!
Today was their first soft opening day, so they currently don't have a liquor license yet but apparently they applied for one. I saw two lads who assumed it was like the old Pipers Pub looking for an early beer. I would call ahead to check if they gotten their liquor license.nnBased on the menu and staff it looks like a Korean owner as the food is Canadian with Korean influences. The prices were fair and reasonable and the options had some unique choices. Talking with the staff it looks like they are planning to be more of a cafe menu for breakfast and lunch and switching over to a pub menu in the late afternoon and evening.nnThe food was delicious and nice to have something different at a restaurant for brunch. The staff was friendly and checked in on us. I look forward to trying them for dinner when they get their liquor license.
Food was delicious. Service not so great. She took forever to take our order. Brought menus for dessert and never saw her after that. Saw her putting glasses away so went and asked for our bill. Don’t like having to chase servers. I was somewhat busy but she only had two tables.
