This place is a mad house. The woman behind the desk claimed she was new, which is understandable but should not be working alone. I'm very upset over the customer service here. While she was helping me she was also helping three different people which was very rude. I've been here for almost an hour just trying to get my phone replaced which should not be hard. Please try to do better!

I called in to ask a few questions, I was told that “I’m very busy” in a very unprofessional way (not rude, just unprofessional) My first impression went down instantly.
