The Penny Cafe has a unique aesthetic that gives the establishment a relaxing aura. I once stayed there a long time ago, just to do some reading, and it felt almost like reading at home in a good way. I have recently tried their lattes, and it was decent. Every time I come there, I would try a different coffee concoction and have enjoyed every one of them. I also had their Turkey & Cranberry Panini that was very good. Their muffins and Vegan Brownies are great too, so I highly recommend trying them. I very much like coming to the Penny, and everyone else should try it as well.
Wow! This place is amazing. I had the falafel wrap and it was lovely. But the apple cider pumpkin hspice, actually took my breath away. Still, the best thing about it is their business model of giving back to the community. I hope lots of businesses start copying from them.
Great little cozy coffee shop. They make a handful of their own syrups and also have a tasty vegan brownie and a vegan wrap.nnPerhaps if they continue to be successful they will have later hours. Currently 5pm close 4pm Sunday
While the food at this place is great, their coffee doesn't quite suit my taste. I went for my regular — an iced vanilla latte with oat milk but it just tasted off. On a brighter note, the ambiance and service consistently shine here. We decided to go for the breakfast sandwich, and it was an absolute delight. Ask for it well-done for that extra satisfying crunch. I'm definitely planning a return visit, and next time, I'll be sure to explore their selection of baked goods as well.
Absolutely love this charming little coffee shop! The cozy atmosphere makes it a perfect spot for studying or one-on-one meetings. Great coffee and a delicious selection of desserts!
