We were very happy with room and service. Their location is close to downtown and other facilities. We had the suit for 2 days. The only issue is the inner door closing made a loud noise in our bedroom. This was due to our room being over the lobby. Other than that it was a pleasant experience and the restaurant was excellent.
My wife and I stayed for a number of weeks in 2018 at the Parlour Inn while our house renovations were being completed. So we have always had a soft spot for the Parlour Inn restaurant, which has wonderful staff and a great chef. Last night January 10th was our 11th wedding anniversary and we had a lovely meal, but we’re also presented with beautiful roses and chocolates. Well done for keeping up such a great service and for having such genuinely caring staff.
The property is perfect for a Stratford vacation. It is 10 minutes from the train station, walkable, and right in the middle of Stratford's downtown/theatre area. The staff was amazingly helpful and attentive. The restaurant had excellent food and service. Overall, it was a 5-star experience. We will be going back next year. Thank you!

Spent a three day weekend at The Parlour Inn and the stay was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, spacious room in an ideal location. Restaurant meal was a bit pricey but very well prepared. Bar/restaurant area is quaint and cosy. The free theatre shuttle to the Festival Theatre and Tom Patterson was a great bonus and the roses on the bed were a thoughtful touch. Walking distance to Avon Theatre and Studio TheatrenSpecial shout-out to Sheri and Caleb for their friendly service at the front desk. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.
