This is a great hotel. We had a few requests pre-arrival, and the hotel staff Rica in particular was very helpful to make our family's transition to London a smooth one. We stayed with two dogs and everything has been great. The large rooms were really nice to have. I will definitely stay here again, and recommend the hotel to others. Thank you.
Just near downtown and some great restaurants. I was visiting Fanshawe college and Western University. Both are nearby. Checkin was hassle-free. Front staff and the hotel staff at the breakfast area are welcoming.nRooms need to be checked. Our suites second bed had a some issue on the mattress. We were on 3rd floor. Rest everything went well. Breakfast spread was good enough.
We loved our stay at The Park Hotel this past weekend. We were in town for a dance competition and the hotel is located in a very central part of downtown London. We loved that we had in and out privileges for parking. This made heading to the competition location easy.nnThe rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable.nnThe service is top notch. On Saturday, we left some materials on our bed when rushing out in the morning causing the housekeeping staff to not make our beds. A quick call to request a bed make and it was done promptly. We really appreciated this accommodation as it was our fault for not removing our personal items from the bed. We want to thank the housekeeping staff.nnThe continental breakfast that is complimentary is great. Food is fresh and perfect for a quick bite to eat before our daughter had to dance.nnWe will definitely consider staying here again when we are back in town.
Location is great and the service fine. Room layout also good but both of our rooms felt grimy. More eye for detail needed for things like dust and dirt on baseboards, dirty walls and doors and the hallway carpet was horrible. Some basic maintenance needed see pics. For almost $300 a night I expected more. Rooms need to be deep cleaned. I dont blame the room attendants who are under time constraints when they clean. Managers need to make time for deeper cleaning.
The hotel is nice but services have dramatically decreased.nnThe front desk person for check-in made weird jokes and was very awkward. After the first night, there were no fresh towels in the room. Buffet breakfast is on par with a motel - boiled eggs and lunch meat. I would put this hotel on par with a low-end hotel chain - not worth the price.
