Feel like a little dancing? We have a new look that includes a dance floor with lights, strobes and the best tunes to please your ears! We are pumping every night until 2 am! Featuring DJ-SKY on Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays. NO COVER

Maybe I should explain this better! The Palace is always NO COVER except when we have shows! It just keeps getting better!

And if you feel like heading home early... why not pick up some off sales from 9 am to 11 pm! We have a wide variety of beers, coolers and wines. The cooler is always stocked and ice cold!

Awesome old bar. Still has the smell of era's gone by. Yes it's run down, but that's the charm. Inexpensive drinks. Patrons were freindly to me. Just sit back and take in the atmosphere. Still has an old tin ceiling. Great patio put back, you bring your own steak and you BBQ it yourself. I gotta come down and see some music.

No frills; lively pub with good vibes

I would call this the standard of Nanaimo's drive bars, no too fancy, inexpensive, but still draws a few people.

Always a good time, friendly staff, clean bathrooms...

We recently did a Beer and Burger Fundraiser at the Palace and it was great!!!  The Staff went far beyond and above anything we where expecting.  They helped raised a lot of the funds.  It was a fun night and I highly recommend the Palace.  I would hands down do another event here.

My experience at the Palace was the most incredible time I have ever had at any bar! Service, music and there's no party like a palace party! Don't miss out on this great opportunity at the palace and have a blast bring a friend or more ! :

If you can avoid this place I would highly recommend it. The reasoning for this is the service is very poor and not only will they tend to insult you they also will throw you out without warning and to top it all off they can be very racist. So if you can please avoid it.

Great prices, friendly staff, all around good times. Best patio in Nanaimo!
