The Palace Coney Island

I would give 2.5 stars if I could. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it is absolutely disgusting do not get their boneless wings. They usually can make a good strawberry shake though. Wait times are a hit or miss but that is to be expected at the mall. It is not super expensive though depending on what you're getting, the quality should be higher. I may change the rating from time to time, depending on what level of quality they continue to produce. It honestly used to be a lot better, I used to really enjoy the good there and really want to be able to give them a higher score.

I used to think they had a great Gyro but after today they get 2 stars. For 9.58 you get a pathetic Gyro and thank gos their frys are still good. Probably won't come back for a long time.

The food is 5/5 not going to lie, it's great, what's bugs me is how much the prices have increased since I have been coming here I always order the chicken tender combo, which was 6.99 a few years back, then it went to 7.99, ok no issue there, I came here today and it's now 8.29, its s bit steep considering there are cheaper alternatives, I understand price inflation, ingredients get more expensive so naturally prices go up, but going up almost 20% is Insane. Good place to eat, but like I said, there are cheaper alternatives.

Today we were served hard hotdogs. I seen fresh ones on the grill, and some were covered up with a napkin. I'm sure they were the ones that we were served. I've been coming here for over forty years. Not sure I'll be back, very disappointed.

This place is a "must stop in" if hungry when visiting Genesee Valley Mall. Their gyros are some of the best and a real treat after a long afternoon or evening walking around shopping.

This place is disgusting. I just ordered two coney dogs, and the coney sauce is all dried up and nasty. I've had good food here before, but it's very hit or miss. Not worth the gamble anymore.

Great food and great service. Eat here all the time and it never fails. Definitely worth it!

Great coneys but the Greek salad is a work of art. And the gyros are almost as good as the ones in Athens.

First time eating there and the hamburger was really good fries are amazing!

I was just not happy here i though it was going to be a great time reading the reviews and get there and it was the worst customer service ever i felt disrespected
