Melanie is an absolute star! Extremely knowledgeable and helped us out in a pinch without hesitation. We can't say enough about her customer service. We were lucky to find her and sweet little shop. Hands down one of the best experiences we've had.

Love love LOVE this place! Such an amazing family run business with excellent customer service, home decor craft supplies, great furniture pieces and home decor finds. Here is hoping crafting classes return after covid winds down.
We had 8 of us participate in the Harvest Tray workshop. Melanie & Jordan were awesome mentors. The evening was fun and we all produced our own unique trays. Wine and nibbles were delicious and a nice touch for the event. This was my second time at the Painted Bench and look forward to organizing another event.
Went in this weekend to grab some chalk paint for a little DIY project. The two girls cousins I believe were SO helpful, and lovely to talk to. My mother and I were in there almost an hour and left so pleased with everything. Great chalk paint colours, they were also very knowledgeable about techniques and letting us know what to get based on the finish we want. Also loved their hardware, they made my project. Overall 10 stars if I could.
Purchased a transfer from the painted bench and followed all the directions first.The transfer didn't work. I later emailed the store back and forth but once they realized where I lived I didn't get any feedback. So my purchase was faulty and the customer service was terrible. I will never shop there again.
Friendly and helpful staff. Products are pretty expensive but you get what you pay for. I tried a mineral paint elsewhere after it claimed to put Annie Sloan to shame, found out the hard way that products/tips from the painted bench are worth every penny.
