What a great hotel! From the super cute lobby with the games area, all the way up to our amazing room. We got a two room suite and it was so comfortable and convenient to be able to make meals instead of eating out.nThe staff is the best I’ve ever experienced. Helpful and very friendly. They even helped us check in a little early.nIt located very close to parliament and the harbour so once we parked our car in the underground parking, we got to walk everywhere without tiring out.nAll in all, I love this place and will definitely be coming back.nThank you to all the staff at the Oswego, keep up the great work!!
Nothing but praise for the staff from check-in to check-out. You made our stay so enjoyable. We've stayed here twice now and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodations in Victoria.
I booked and prepaid for my stay, and requested an early check in after a 15 hour drive. Unfortunately the room wasn't ready so after waiting in the lobby for almost 3 hours I booked an additional room at a neighboring hotel. My fault for pre paying, they had no incentive to offer customer service.nAdditionally the property responded to this review by suggesting I'm a liar and didn't request an earlier check in and that I didn't in fact make other arrangements. Not sure why this person is employed in the hospitality industry perhaps she might be better suited roasting strangers at a local comedy club. It's unfortunate this facility is not able to meet the requests of patrons in what they term a busy time, perhaps the owners should look into hiring compitant polite management to replace the current failing candidate.
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during my recent stay. The staff exhibited extreme rudeness and arrogance, which is unacceptable. Due to this experience, I will not be booking this room again, and I can assure you that no one from my company will do so either. The behavior of the front desk and sales representative was particularly concerning; he was disrespectful, rude, and even accused me of dishonesty. I strongly recommend that his ability to handle customer interactions be thoroughly reviewed.
Absolutely wonderful. Valentine and Taryn accommodated us really well and made the experience amazing. The rooms were spotless and the view was amazing as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Victoria its quite close to alot of popular spots.
