This has been an awesome facility with wonderful staff who are always eager to accommodate.  I have had and continue to have great experiences and PHENOMENAL progress with Dr. Chad Carter who I believe has worked miracles for not only myself but also my family members.  I will continue to refer him to everyone I know because he has not only helped me with my physical ailment but has inspired me to not limit myself by my challenges but rather to challenge my limits.  I am forever grateful for the ability to do what I love to do especially due to the fact that I never thought I would have the ability to do that again.   I would rate this way higher if it allowed me too but seeing as a 5 star is "TOPS" then a 5 star it is!!!

Aras is a knowledgeable physiotherapist and has a wealth of experience behind him. He was able to properly diagnose the source of my pain and establish a progressive treatment plan that works best for me. It only took the initial assessment for me to be convinced that I was in good hands and I can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond in helping me stay pain free. I look forward to improving myself week after week because his treatments have been successful for my back issues. I strongly recommend Aras.

Love coming to this clinic. Everyone from the receptionists to the physiotherapist, Aras, are wonderful. Aras is extremely knowledgeable and always goes out of his way to make his patients concerns feel valid. He has been tremendous with my injuries as well as going out of his way to give me more exercises in order to strengthen and improve overall mobility at my request. I would highly recommend TOPS to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable physiotherapist to help overcome their injuries and get back on their feet from surgeries.

I got referred to this place through my family doctor. After a two months waiting, doctor took me in, asked few questions, checked out the images and announced he doesn't deal with such injuries that I have. Well, thanks for accepting me as a patient in a first place then!! I waited for no reason and now have to wait more for some next specialist, because somebody was too lazy to do their job and read the referral fax that was sent. Never again!

I suffered a soccer accident, tore my MCL, ACL and my lateral miniscus. "Doc said if there was an award I would have won it" 

I have been seeing Doctor Carter since my accident and he has helped me with my recovery. 
He has been so supportive and I'm so glad that Chad has been there every step of the way. 
He definitely knows what he is doing. He's very patient and always there for me! 

Even the staff at TOPS are amazing. Always smiling and laughing.  I love going there.
