Excellent service! The staff were polite and friendly. One of them spent a good 20 minutes with me, going through all the styles I liked and finding different variations of them to make sure I ended up with the one that really worked. I've been recommending this store to my family and friends.
Consistently efficient service from Sunny has consistent and swift service. Great frames for Asian features such as lack of nose bridge, and face shape & skin colour tones. Other staff provide fairly unremarkable service, but overall, good consumer experience.

I have used the Optical Center over the last 3+ years for prescription glasses. Service is great and they try to accommodate, cannot complain. But BEWARE of the 2 year warranty, specially for SCRATCH RESISTANT provider they use, so they say, "Essilor". Over the last 3+ years I have gone through to 2 pairs of prescriptions both with scratch resistant -- both of which I had to send back not once but twice to fix for scratches considering I do not use any cloth or wiping materials to clean and dry the lenses. The 2-year Life-Time Warranty that Optical Center Offers is limited to 2 claims -- even if it is evident that the lenses have clear signs of fine scratches. Why bother paying for scratch resistant if your lenses will not be scratch resistant. I though the first prescription was a fluke, but having 2 out of 2 is no longer acceptable. Prescription lenses are not cheap and are an investment but for them to take the prescription glasses to repair for a few weeks is not convenient. I just though I'd share this for those that are intending to use Optical Center -- insist that it is REALLY and TRULY "Scratch Resistant" and that their warranty will be for 2 years regardless on the number of Claims. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau just to be fair. LESSON LEARNED. If you don't really use or care for SCRATCH RESISTANT lenses, then it would be a great optical center. HOWEVER, you may be better off at your local COSTCO Optical Center if Scratch Resistant is one of the features you want on your lenses.
