A great new fine for my family. The aesthetics inside are wonderful. Was very pleased with my waiter, Dylan. He really went above and beyond. The wait to be seated and to get your food can be long, but the restaurant recognizes that’s due to the quality they’re providing. It’s true!
Kay was super friendly! Cute little place with yummy yum food! I had the potato pancakes tasted soooo good with applesauce, my daughter had chocolate chip pancakes, I had a hot chocolate and we also had pancake sausage balls. Everything was to die for!!! Will definitely visit again!!!Recommended dishesGerman Potato Pancakes
Absolutely seven stars! Food is awesome, the waitress was super nice. Remember to order the abelskivers. I would totally come back here again!
Absolutely the Best service I’ve ever had. Keiosha was our waitress and the food was great. I’ll be back for sure. I had the Ruben Sandwich for lunch. The bread was made in house. They delivered a classic Ruben exactly the way it is supposed to be made.
The menu is truly worth a read so I'm including it in the pics! The passion for authentic European food culture is evident. We ordered too much food as a result of the excitement : so ... well done people! : I didn't know their goulash is what we would call in the states a breakfast scramble ... enjoyable but not a super Euro presentation. We tried their housemade peri-peri sauce on it -- yummy sauce, great to see this specialty on the table. The aebelskiver were piping hot good little dumplings and the brandy sauce, wow! The cinnamon roll right out of the oven was devoured on the spot. The potato pancakes were rough-cut and good, however the sausage in them not very plentiful, not very spicy and didn't look housemade. On all the entrees, I felt like the plating was a little lacking in flair -- applesauce and sour cream in plastic to-go cups, no garnish -- this surprised me in a place that takes such pride in their food and tradition. Service however was fabulous from the door to the floor.
Great experience. Super good service, Jennifer is friendly and attentive and knowledgable. Love going somewhere with a bit of an adventurous menu: lots of home made bread and from-scratch items like jam and crepes. Great coffee, I had the cold brew oat milk latte. It was large and in charge. Not a ton of veggie options but I feel like it's authentic and if I went to Poland for real I'd have the same note... they really enjoy their pork products. Manager came by to check on us, that always goes a long way in my book. Thanks! Would love to come back.
A family run quaint brunch restaurant that has some lovely German potato pancakes, crepes and hot cakes. The coffee was lovely too. The wait time is a bit long, from 20-30 mins but it's definitely worth the wait.
I'm sad they are only open for breakfast hours, but this is by far the number one breakfast restraint in Washinton. It has to be. The food is delicious, the service is always so pleasant, the prices are great for the quality food you get, and the cleanliness is always great. I don't know what the servers get paid, but it should be more. I don't think I could have a bad experience here if someone tried. AND on my birthday I got a free hot cocoa and dessert I absolutely love Old European
I am sad to say everything has gone downstream with this location. We were regulars eating there 3 to 6 times a month. In the last month some very sad things have happened. They have cut the portion sizes almost in half. Used to be able to order the goulash and have leftovers to take home. Now leave still hungry. They have almost doubled the price on the menu. Finally, they have added over a 2% card processing fee if you use a debit or credit card. I can no longer recommend this establishment. The one in Spokane is great, otherwise The Breakfast Club in Moscow. Neither of those locations will you leave hungry or feeling like you are being fleeced for all you are worth.
A great atmosphere with delicious food. I love the storytelling of the menu and the potato pancakes were amazing.
