I was at the hotel during the 4 th of July. I booked for a hotel room w the river view but was giving a small with small windows I paid extra to have the best view during 4 th of july. As soon as I saw it my sister and I requested a change of room we paid extra for us to enjoy view after hours of driving Oddy was so polite and helped us understand that there were too many guest on the 3 rd but helped us get a new room for the 4 th. We were over joyed when we got a room on the 8 th floor more to what I had paid almost 7 in total with parking. Room 818 was impressive we say NY side lights and Canada was absolutely impressive. He changed my perception of the hotel with his kindness and respectful was and smile. I will be coming back with my family thank you all. Hotel is directly in front of the falls has a beautiful scenery in 14 floor where we captured best fotos as it rained a few times during over day for a few hours
Wow, what an amazing view from our room. We were able to park up front to check in, without waiting. I had problems with ky credit card and the receptionist was very polite and pationate to help me. Then we went up to our room with an amazing view. We had everything we needed!nWe were very close, closer than other hotels. Breakfast was just around the corner at apple bees, which was more than enough and dinner at the brazilian place was also a very nice experience. I will recommend this to all my friends an family in the future!
Arrived at 4:00PM for checkin. Spent OVER AN HOUR just trying to check in even with five employees at the desks. Not sure if they were training new employees or what but they were only helping two guests at a time. Elevators were slow, but given the 20 floors it's understandable. Room was not clean found large amounts of hair throughout bathroom and shower. The bed covers were dirty with unknown red and brown stains on them. We didn't even have a fitted sheet just one flat sheet. There is a sign telling guests that house keeping will only clean at request and if you want anything you would have to take care of it yourself such as linens or extra towels. The location however was fantastic. Gorgeous view of the falls. Easily walkable to everything within the area within 15-20 minutes.
Based on my experience, the hotel appeared clean at first glance and the beds were genuinely comfortable, which was the highlight. However, many areas felt quite dated and not as well-maintained as expected for the price.nThe carpet and bathroom showed their age and gave the impression of feeling dirty. The drop ceiling in the bathroom was in poor condition which didn't help, the bathtub filled up while showering, and some floors had noticeable odors. Only two of the three elevators were working, and they often felt old and sketchy — giving a strong impression of neglected maintenance.nOther issues included a leaking iron, a very small cheap-brand TV adds to the impression of corner cutting for quality and care for guests and no in-room coffee or tea. The complimentary coffee and tea was available in the lobby only, so you had to wait for the slow elevators for what turned out to be very generic, low-quality options. They did provide a lunch voucher, but it was odd there was nothing at all for breakfast for nearby restaurants. The parking fee also felt hidden.nThe convenient location is the main reason they can charge these rates, but guests deserve better for the money. A serious refresh of the rooms, bathrooms, elevators, and basic amenities would go a long way. Unless those changes happen, I won’t be returning. Not worth the price in its current state.
I stayed here last Friday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.nnThe room did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. As soon as we arrived, we noticed:nnHair left in the bathroom sink.nStains and marks on the chair upholstery.nPillowcases that appeared stained and not fresh.nHeavy condensation/moisture trapped between the window panes, making it difficult to enjoy the view we paid for.nThe overall room felt dated and poorly maintained.nnFor a hotel in such a prime location overlooking Niagara Falls, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. Instead, it felt like housekeeping and room inspections were lacking.nnThe only positive was the location, which is close to the Falls. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for the condition of the room.nnI would not stay here again, and I cannot recommend it based on my experience. Management should pay much closer attention to room cleanliness and maintenance before assigning rooms to guests.
