Really great massage. Sauna , steam room, many hot tubs. Quiet relaxation areas. One of a kind experience. I did not know what to expect. Spent about 6 hours in and out of sauna, hot tubs, quiet relaxation areas . Got a massage , had lunch. Would recommend the afternoon for just about anyone.

On the backside of Mont Sainte Anne located next to the x-country ski & mountain bike trails. Unique, nature infused environment perfectly crafted to crank-up energy levels.
