Very unique little café, loud friendly atmosphere on a weekend with a full house. Get there early..If you don't mind the noise it's a great place to feel some night life again. Painting next door included with meals and groups I believe if you book ahead. Bar was comfortable as to eat at and get to watch them make the crepes and mix up some yummy drinks. Been twice, will definitely be back. In regards to other comments I'm vaccinated and did not feel a bad vibe walking in with a mask at all, once at my table took them off just like usual. I've been twice.
Walking into Night Café you are instantly drawn into this romantic story. On one half of the cafe it’s an art class/studio and the other is a beautiful bar and sitting area. The atmosphere is very calm, moody and romantic. A vintage/art deco theme with the furniture is what I was feeling and it brought me to a place I felt safe and welcome. The food was beautiful, flavourful colourful and left you feeling good. I had the owner make a special cocktail for me and it was delicious and made with love I was very pleased I was able to meet the owner and be served by her. Kind and calm is what comes to mind when I think about our interactions. Combine all of this together and it created a beautiful evening for myself and my friend with me. I highly recommend stopping in, I will be going back the next time I am in town.
Night Cafe has a relaxed, hip vibe with delicious brisket burgers, sweet and savory crepes, flatbread pizza, plus cocktails, wine and beer. Fun place to eat, drink and enjoy the art work in a light and airy space.
Good food, averagey service. Somewhat limited menu more suited to lunch than dinner. Smallish portion sizes. On the expensive size for what it is, though I'd go there again if I wasn't especially hungry and felt affluent enough. Parking: No on site parking that I could see. There's street parking nearby but there are time related restrictions.
The Night Café has very chill vibe. It offers delicious crepes,cappuccinos, beautiful cocktails along with local wines. While you sip you drink you can adore Adam Meikle paintigs. If you're brave enough try one of private painting sessions Meikle Studio offers.
The Night Cafe inside of Meikle Social Art house is a great place to eat, drink & relax. The atmosphere is warm & friendly and it is run by a local family. The Coffee is excellent, as are the Crepes and Pizza. They also serve local Beers and other alcohol which is a great addition and It is a bonus to find a place to eat downtown that is actually open after 4pm. Being open late is a huge welcome feature, Thanks ! Not to mention the Decor, Vibe and artwork here are really nice and a welcome unique change to the norm you may experience elsewhere. You can even get some Art lessons at the studio if you want ! I highly recommend you check it out if you're in Salmon Arm.
The best old fashioned in town!!!!!! Amazing grapefruit and rosemary cocktail that is perfect for the patio sun. The flatbread pizza is so delicious and the crepes are so crispy and fluffy at the same time! Also now they make a pistachio crepe soooooooooooooooooo delicious ! Will come back again and again and again. Worth the stop and the art work is so beautiful you will want to buy any piece off the walls. We did! Jenna and Adam have created an amazing space/art studio/cafe and we are lucky that it is in Salmon Arm!
The space itself is really nice, lovely art, plenty of seating and space, and really cool decor. Staff seemed friendly. My partner and I just grabbed a couple of drinks to go and it took longer than expected to have them made, which is ok, we weren't in a rush. I got a mocha and my partner, a latte. Both were so, so bitter. The mocha didn't have the flavour of chocolate at all, and after dumping it out it was apparent it wasn't mixed/melted properly because there was a clump of chocolate sitting at the bottom. I can't speak to the food they have, but it looked and smelled good! I do want to like this place, so if I'm around again I'll definitely try out the food, and maybe give the coffee another go.
Wait, .... what... We have now a creperie in town? Salmon arm goes Paris.. Tried the Crêpe royal yesterday and wow you guys, this is next level, the dough is perfect, the melted cheese, the ham, the secret spices and the romaine and fresh tomatoes for crunchiness. I was blown away. Love it!! The coffee selection is also top notch and I’m so happy for the addition to salmon arm. If you haven’t already, try this gem located in a art studio downtown. All covid protocols are in place and the owners are super lovely and even though it is as quite busy, both had a big smile on their faces unfortunately a little hidden by their face masks. Can’t wait for next week to try one of their other creations...
Fabulous casual atmosphere. Great food and specialty cocktails. Not a lot of room so stay away and leave room for us.
