Prompt, courteous and professional.  Got there 15 minutes early and lo and behold, my appointment started right away!  No waiting like the big city experience.  The hairdresser was also very astute as appropriate conversation.  I'm not a big talker and she was perfect.  A little chat here and there and then she let me zone out while she worked.  Pricing was very reasonable.  Would go back.
