The New Mexicans
"We are known for our delicious southwest cuisine which includes smoked chicken enchiladas, carne asada burritos as well as tacos and taco salads. We smoke all of the meats including the ribs, pork, brisket and kielbasa. Don't forget to grab a cinnamon roll on your way out! Homemade bread and desserts as well!"

We were recommended this place. The atmosphere is great and the service also. But the food just didn’t end up being all that great. The only thing a hit was the ribs and the baked beans. The smoked chicken enchilada was lacking in flavor. The pinto beans had also zero flavor. The chicken on the nachos had nothing going for it. The best part was the margaritas. Definitely get the margaritas if you visit here. But for us, the food doesn’t warrant another visit back.
Dined In with some friends for lunch and had a pleasant, enjoyable experience. Customer service was friendly, and the food was satisfactory. I especially liked the sopapillas-made perfectly. Food had plenty of flavor and you can add chiles to your food for an extra kick!Recommended dishesChicken and Dumplings, Sopapillas
Where do I begin with this review? The drinks and the food were all amazing. We moved here from San Diego, thinking that SD has the best Mexican food. And boy oh boy we were wrong! The chips and salsa, the pulled pork sandwich, and Christmas asada were all very good. Every bite was a burst of flavor. We love it here!
The atmosphere here is lively and fun. The staff are attentive and kind. The food is not like anything we have ever had, but we really enjoyed the flavors! The breakfast burrito is huge! And even with sharing the hubs and I weren't able to finish it. A fantastic Sunday brunch spot for a small group of ppl.
Will not be coming back. Food was bland and boring. Chips and salsa wasn’t good. The breakfast burrito we ordered was insanely disgusting. Both my fiancé and I couldn’t eat another bite. And the margarita was terrible. The waitress was kind but didn’t ask us how our food was, they can do better.
Very charming low key vibe, I am very glad to have stopped in after being recommended to. My date ordered a Cadillac margarita, and carne asada burrito. Myself, a smoked chicken burrito, and mouth watering Spicy margarita…can you say yum?!?!? Bro! It was. Like, are you kidding me. These wet burritos were huge and tasty, they give ya some options for your liking and for my fellow boys with belly’s…mine is smiling tonight. The chips and salsa were at a happy hour cost set at $5 but I’ll say the eat was worth the rare charge. The chip left me thinking home made and then a nice twist they had was we got to choose the dips which we went with the house made pico de Gallo, and queso, both of which……yum! The margs had some size so if ya wanna drink take the large. The service gave a very family owned vibe and and that dealt with us crazy’s kids were very friendly. Cheers!
Had a great brunch with family! We came here to celebrate my dad and brother's birthday, all of us trying this place for the first time. Everyone ordered something different and we were all happy with everything! We had, chicken fried steak, two different kinds of breakfast burritos, the green enchiladas, biscuits and gravy, carne asada burrito amd finished with two freshly baked cinnamon rolls. Food was amazing, service was warm and friendly and I love the ambience. I already can't wait to come back!
Awesome food, service, and good value. We will be back! Had bbq brisket sandwich, mango margarita. Both were delicious!
Most people are blissfully unaware that state of New Mexico has its own wonderful and unique cuisine. And do you know how RARE is it to find New Mexican cuisine anywhere in US? It’s about 4 in 1000 chance! I have travelled too much and have seen many cool places but never found New Mexican restaurant outside of New Mexico. So, when I found this little joint in all places but Everett, it was just awe and shock. But that’s not it. This is likely the best restaurant serving New Mexican cuisine anywhere. The restaurant serves all unique wonderful dishes including popular New Mexican breakfast dishes, sopapilla, Christmas enchiladas, sweet tea and so on. You would not find these stuff outside New Mexico. The taste and quantity is great. Ambiance, furniture, staff clothing and decor is very New Mexican. The kitchen is open style and staff is wonderful. This place should absolutely be ranked #1 if you are in the Everett or nearby area.
Great hospitable owner. She kept bringing us food on the house! You will never finish your meal and will have enough left over to take home. Our hearts are full and so is our belly! Thank you!
