I've been going to The Nail Pro for longer than I can remember. I know it's been over 8 years and I can't imagine going elsewhere. When I moved to Oshawa, I looked for a shop closer to home and I was disappointed every time. For years now, I have driven from Oshawa to Ajax just to have my nails and eyebrows done. Mackay and Mary, along with many of the other lovely staff there, take excellent care of their clients and do everything they can to make sure everyone leaves happy. If you left a bad review, I am almost positive you are either very cheap or impossible to please. I've referred MANY friends and family to this shop and everyone loves it and have become regulars just like myself. Mary does amazing designs, and I have no idea how she does perfect polish so quickly. I'm always so impressed. I truly believe that this shop is an Ajax gem. Even my husband goes there for pedicures now. I find the prices very fair for the level of service they provide. You get what you pay for people. A huge thank you from my family and I for taking such good care of us. We will always be loyal customers.

I have been coming here for a couple months and I am so happy I found this place. The customer service is amazing, the staff makes sure you are happy and satisfied! I get my nails done every 2 weeks by Mary and she is absolutely amazing, not only does she do a amazing job but she is so nice and fun to talk to I look forward to coming and seeing her. I would and do recommend pro nails .. I won’t go anywhere else (Ask for Mary ;) that’s my girl

This is the most unprofressional salon in Ajax. If you want the most sloppiest, rushed nail job, then go here. Not only did my nail tech cut my acrylics down to its core after I had told her I wanted a medium cut size, she managed to cut my cuticles until it bled. She didn't even apologize or glare at that fact that she had cut me... I was astonished. The prices at this salon is way overpriced, I nearly dropped when the salesman told me the total, exclaiming that it was due to "sparkles" (which was only shellac polish) and then "shape" of the nails (which I had barely any shape or length left since she cut them all off). Extremely poor service and technique, avoid this place at all costs!!!

Always had great service and the only issues I've ever have are with the colour I chose for myself lol. Wonderful people, fair price, and nice and quick. I travel from oshawa cause I just can't find a better place! Also very clean and lovely atmosphere!

When I got my fake nails taken off they scrapped them off with force leaving my nails cracked and sore
