The owner puts his heart into everything he makes. Super fresh ingredients and friendly service. What more could you ask for? Definitely a gem in Kingston.

Sean is the best! And has yummy food. We bring quart containers and bring home chilli & soups that go into the freezer for lazy nights. Sometimes we eat lunch at his curbside table. Go early 11a -- he runs out of stuff quickly!

Such an awesome little place that delivers big taste! Sean the chef/owner is a friendly, kind man who makes delicious, tasty, and healthy soups and sandwiches. His lemon asparagus soup and deviled egg sandwich is a fave combo.

The jerk chicken and jerk portobello sandwiches are so, so good! The lentil soup is delicious, too. There are as many options for vegans as non-vegans, and the cherries we got as a side we’re fresh and tasty. Also, the owner is such a nice guy. We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

You really can't go wrong with anything on Sean's menu. The soups are great, sandwiches are go-to, and there's always a clever special!

The most challenging part of a visit here is choosing which of the outstanding menu items to get!! Sean is a talented chef and a delightful person too!!

Great small place in the old opera house. Friendly smiles and great food. I drive 45 minutes just for this man's soup. Enjoy it you wont regret it. No seating, sidewalk, restaurant.
