Hot tub and pool seem to be closed permanently. We really wanted to use the hot tub.... Room was clean and the bed was fairly comfy. Breakfast was cold except for waffles and the milk carton sat out all morning at room temp. My husband ate but i did not. Conveniently located on the main street through town with a view of the Tetons!

There was a terrible odor in the hallway when we first entered, and that should have been our first clue. Our room was truly disgusting with worn out, dirty bedspreads on the bed, dirty carpeting, dirty upholstery on the worn out chairs. We were glad we had packed our own clean blankets in the car, since it was chilly and we didn't want dirty linens next to our faces. Our TV didn't work. There was debris from prior guests collected around the edge of the bed...garbage, chapstick, and smudges of human secretions on the chairs, along with some white powder of unknown source on one of the chairs. We were cautions about eating any of the continental breakfast...not even the coffee...We won't be back. I shared our concerns with the managers when we left. Enough said.

The Rivera is far better, haven't stayed in much else here but wouldn't recommend here.

Adequate.
No issues with the staff. Beds reasonable. Rate good.
Cleanliness below par. Bathrooms snug with minor mold and the worst soap I've ever had. Less than 4 large towels.
Breakfast was just bearable. There was a gallon of 2% on the counter by some tired cereals, a waffle machine, 2 bagels, and a few other odds and ends.
The general areas needed new carpet but the place didn't smell bad except for some curry that we did not have access to.
Just lots of obvious cost-saving measures. But then again we saved $100 over Jackson Hole.

Lots of bugs! I just got here but it's my fault there is no pool, the ice machine is broke, the pay washing machine is broke, and the whole place stinks!
