I had a fantastic experience purchasing a used car from The Leasing Company. The sales team was honest and transparent, and they made sure I was comfortable with my decision before moving forward. The car I purchased has been reliable and has exceeded my expectations
Don't bother with this place, they're rude, I went to test drive a car, and the sales person was just one his phone looks like he was playing a game I was looking to buy a bigger sized vehicle because my wife and I are expecting soon, and the sales person rudely ask me "When am I going to make up my mind", because I test drove a vehicle last year and I didn't buy, so he asked me am I going to buy the car if he let me test drive it, I keep giving me a hard time about test driving the vehicle and not buying, right then and there, I decided that I didn't want to test drive his vehicle, I would definitely give this place 0 stars if possible, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, there's so many other options in Ottawa, I didn't know their rating reviews were so low, but I know now what everyone that gave them a low review rating is talking about after my experience today, never again will I consider buying a vehicle from these guys. They have trash customer service. Big thumbs down.
Actually don't have a review. But I do have to thank a lot of you. I was considering a couple of vehicles from TLC but I'm wondering why so many bad reviews? To be fare there are some good one's also but way to many bad one's. My gut tells me too stay away from that place.
I've been a loyal customer of The Leasing Company for years, and they never disappoint. They consistently provide exceptional service, and their staff is always courteous and helpful. I would never consider buying a used car from anywhere else
I had a nice chat with Terry about the car their competitors are offering. He didn’t try to sell me their cars, and instead gave me some good advise on logistics. Isn’t this nice?
Went to look at a 2009 jeep. Pictures in the ad online looked great. It was extremely overpriced $22,995 for the jank wiring job on the winch and light bar, cosmetic defects, rough interior, and very rusty undercarriage. Asked why the price was so steep on a 12 year old vehicle with a four speed transmission and was told "that's what they sell for these days". The entire sales experience was very one sided, so thanks, but no thanks, I'll spend that amount of money on something newer with a faster transmission. Edit to respond: The lack of discretion regarding the condition of the vehicle is what warranted your bad review, love. I'm sure your cameras do not provide audio, not that there would be much to hear, as your salesperson didn't have much to offer, but watching someone inspect your vehicle while your salesperson stands around and gives no information for the investment they're trying to sell does not make the transaction polite. Nothing stated in my review was untrue, the vehicle is not in great condition, making your advertisement for it misleading and incorrect. Furthermore, from a professional stand point, I would advise the discontinuation of responding to reviews in this fashion, as you are proving all the accusations of unprofessionalism to be very true. Edit to update: Just picked up a 2018 Wrangler from Capital Dodge. That's correct, it's nine years newer, and it sure did come with a faster transmission. It cost me $34000 which is what a vehicle of that year and condition actually sells for, and can you believe, they didn't give me a discount and I left them a five star review. Maybe you shouldn't accuse potential customers of being cheap and actually list your vehicles in the correct condition. Capital Dodge in the Palladium Auto Park has great service and will work their hardest to get you the best possible deal. They even put brand new mud tires on it for me, funny how far a little customer service can get you! I highly recommend them if you're looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
Shopping for a car. Read reviews I want to thank everyone for their time and efforts. You saved my hard earned cash I will shop somewhere else
Bought a 2006 Z4 from Terry and it seemed ok at the time and looked clean however upon inspection during an oil change, after purchase, and before the 36 days were up on the Safety Check done by "ED's Garage" it was determined that items 29 30 and 31 of the inspection certificate were defective based on our mechanics extensive knowledge of these cars. We contacted Terry and with in a short period of time received a phone call and text message from the owner Mark berating us for having someone look at the car other than his guy Ed. We subsequently had the car repaired by our conscientious mechanic and it handles like a dream. Mark refused to do anything other than question ours and our mechanics integrity while pronouncing his and Ed's garage as the nirvana of the auto industry. One only has to look at the reviews to see the screen door effect We have gotten no where with "The Leasing Company" people to date other than lectures on business practices and relationships, and probably never will. We have since filed a report with the Ministry of Transportation and have spoken to them directly with a pending follow up by an enforcement officer regarding this issue. It would seem that based on the reviews on Google and the BBB we are not alone in this issue. There is no customer service here as well as other shall we say, best business practices and it would be advisable to shop else where. They are though experts in "gas-lighting! The only reason they got 1 star is you can't pick "0.
Great selection of cars for everyone, convertibles, pick up trucks and collectables bought a Mercedes Benz three years ago good car would buy again.
I made an appointment with Terry and drove 30 minutes to see a BMW 135i. Apparently I should have specified I wanted to test drive the car and he would have told me not to come. I thought the appointment implied test drive. Terry says their policy is you can't take the car out until you're ready to buy. Not sure how I would know that without driving it. Thanks for wasting my time, Terry. Good luck selling your overpriced 135i.
