The Leaf Boutique

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the view was amazing, but the reason I wanted to write this review was because of the staff, who went out of their way to help us. Daniel did an amazing job handling our queries. He was very patient and friendly. He always had a smile on his face. I would give him 10 stars for his service.

I stayed for 2 nights with my wife. The views are pretty great but the location and value isn't amazing. My room had an ocean-view and had a balcony facing the road and beach BUT the sliding door didn't close compeletly, resulting in street sounds coming through into the room--quite ANNOYING, especially at night! The staff doesn't speak English very well and weren't able to provide any local recommendations because of the language barrier. The room itself is quite nicely decorated and clean with a nice modern millennial vibe.

We stayed in this amazing hotel for 3nights. Location of the hotel is close to son tra and right in front of the beach. Rooms are clean with all the facilities expected. Breakfast buffet spread was not much but food tasted really amazing and the staff is very helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Go for it without any hesitation!!

Hotel is a bit far from the hot spot of My Khe Beach,but still can enjoy the beach if you want. Hotel service is not aligned with their description on Agoda, the breakfast was poor, buns not even steamed before serving. Only offer one door key even though we booked twin suite. Would be a good choice if you have budget limits.

Beautiful and very reasonably priced hotel right on the beach. Excellent rooms with comfortable beds. Small but very nice infinity pool on the roof. The nearby beach is often empty which is great. Staff were very kind and helpful. The slight negatives: breakfast could be improved, and the location isn’t amazing for restaurants and bars but it’s an easy taxi ride. Fantastic hotel overall - will definitely be back!

3-star hotel price for a 5-star hotel experience. Staff was incredibly helpful, room was super modern, clean, and well laid out. But best of all, the view was amazing. Small pool on top is small, but has a great view and is very clean. I was able to look out over the gorgeous ocean from the seat of my toliet. 10/10 would absolutely come back.

We stayed two nights at The Leaf last month. Lovely hotel, helpful and friendly staff, amazing views, wonderful breakfast, and excellent location. Be sure to check out the top floor infinity pool. Hope to return soon.Rooms: 5/5

We stayed here for 2 nights and opted for the ocean view, specifically requesting for a balcony weeks ahead before staying in. The hotel was responsive with out request and confirmed over mail that they will allocate a room with a balcony. I opted to pay extra for this reason because I wanted to smell the breeze from the ocean day and night. Upon our check in, we were regretfully put in the only room that did not have a balcony. Although the views were still beautiful, it did not have a balcony. They did apologize but could not do anything to get us a room with a balcony because the hotel was fully booked. It was disappointing to find out about this given we were only staying for 2 nights and the fact that I had advice them weeks ahead to make sure. Although, this mishap has happened, we were compensated for this error. No doubt that their hotel is beautiful. It is well furnished, well located in Da Nang and the views from the rooftop pool was top-notched. What I enjoy from staying in boutique hotels like this is that the rooms are limited and does not feel over populated like bigger hotels. The Leaf boutique hotel is located towards the quieter side of the beach and for us that is our preference. The breakfast we had every morning was also beautiful. It felt authentic Vietnamese food but with a high end touch to it. We also love the work of the bar who made us the beautiful mango smoothies as well as the efforts of the lady receptionist named Julie in the morning who always helped us. We also want to thank Liam from concierge and his assistance and the lady attending with the breakfast who always smiled at us and asked how our day is. Overall, we would love to come back here again. For the view, the room, the quiet location, the food and the service.

We stayed here two nights/2rooms. Staffs, rooms, hotel & swimming pool exceptional. Breakfast good. Coffee mind blowing. Clean/modern/ my room bed is huge. Free bicycles available. Staffs recommended good local restaurants and assist us with booking of the Grab to that particular restaurant. No complaints. Overall satisfied with the service/stay.

The hospitality was amazing and the room was great. The only drawback was the lackluster breakfast. There were very limited items available and the items weren't covered, too many flies on the uncovered items so we avoided eating those.Rooms: 5/5
