Honesty, integrity, and ability best describes Dan Harris and his firm.  After meeting with other firms, I knew immediately that Mr. Harris  was the best attorney to handle my premises liability case.
He is very knowledgeable about  the law and constantly makes sure his client is protected and all liable parties are brought into the case.
He and his staff are always warm and friendly as they leave no call or question unanswered.
He is always open and honest about every aspect of your case's issues, from timelines to strengths and weaknesses;
 so you are able to make knowledgeable, informed decisions.
One very important thing I learned through this process was that you can have a very smart attorney but if they can't string two sentences together in front of a judge or jury, they are useless to you. Fortunately, Mr. Harris excels in this department. I watched as he passionately and eloquently presented our case while opposing counsel stammered and stuttered her way through theirs...there was no question who the jury would be more responsive to.
Daniel J. Harris is the total package and I would recommend him to anyone. The fact that he secured a very favorable settlement in my case just proves that honor, integrity and skill actually still mean something.
