First time at The Lakes Bar & Grille and certainly not the last. Impressive food, drink and service. The Crab Cakes were ordinary. The Calamari, Perch, and Firecracker Chicken Pasta were more than excellent. Dessert was sublime: tiramisu and creme brulee. Our server, Steve, was there when we needed him. Cannot wait to go back!
Loved this bar. Their calamari goes beyond all other local restaurants' creations of calamari. The sauce is amazing! Pictured is their Michigan Cherry Martini. The atmosphere here is really welcoming and relaxing. THANK YOU for the amazing service, food, and drink!
The menu could be a little bigger and I wish they had European draft beer instead of only Michigan ones but I give this place kudos for having nicely dressed waitstaff. No ratty jeans , tank tops , and t shirts !
Wife & I decided to start trying places we havent been to. OMG what a hidden gem. The food, the service, the atmosphere, all of it was fantastic. The homemade soups were amazing, the perch dinner was done just right, and Alicia our server was fantastic. We will be back soon!!!

This is doubtless one of the tastiest place to eat in the neighborhood. Always when I go there I am extremely satisfied. They preserve their high standard service and the highest level of cooking they provide. You definitely will enjoy this this place. Highly recommended.
From the first moment you step in this restaurant the stuff gives you a nice feeling. Very warm stuff, it is a kind restaurant to go out with buddies or with your date. heavenly cuisine, specialist chef, comfortable cost and attentive service. Highly recommended.
