Everyone should get married here!nThe Lake House was absolutely spectacular: setting, atmosphere, service and staff! Chad and Heather are a phenomenal power couple team. They went above and beyond in ensuring our day went smoothly and were very fair and communicative leading up to our wedding.nOur wedding day felt like something out of a dream. We were fortunate to have a clear and sunny day with the most spectacular sunset to be witnessed through windows encompassing the entire venue. We could see countless swans swimming by! It was especially special to have our wedding reception at the same location as our first date: paddle boarding together on Frenchman’s Bay.nThe opportunities for photos are countless and you will not need photo permits for any nearby parks or the waterfront. We had 17 tables altogether and 6 needed to be removed to make room for a dancefloor - it happened so fast and efficiently, as did the late night buffet.nAbsolutely will recommend The Lake House in a heartbeat! Zero regrets! Thank you Chad, Heather and all the wonderful and the staff for all of your hard work and for making our wedding something we will always cherish!
I had my bridal shower at The Lake House this past Sunday, and it was truly a dream come true. The space is absolutely beautiful, bright, and perfectly situated beside the lake. It created the most stunning and serene atmosphere for the celebration!nnFrom start to finish, the experience was seamless and amazing. Chad and Heather, the owners, were incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, and it showed in every detail.nnThe food was absolutely delicious, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how perfect everything was. I would recommend The Lake House a thousand times over for any special event. Thank you, Chad and Heather, for helping make such a special day unforgettable!
Where to begin!?nnFrom the very beginning, Paul and Chad have been nothing but amazing.nThey were super attentive to our needs and our billions of inquiries, always paying special attention to the fine details and getting back to us super promptly.nWe had been planning our wedding for a long time and we were initially to get married in August, however, due to my father's declining health, we had to push our wedding up to April 8th.nPaul and Chad were so eager and willing to assist and accommodated for us without hesitation, even though this decision was made on such short notice.nnThere was so shortage of good food, drinks and desserts. We had several guests that fasted and they were incredibly helpful with arranging when meals would be served - and the food was AMAZING.nMake sure you go to the tasting. They have so many great items to pick from- And they have halal options!nnMoreover, the space was beautiful on top of it being in such a beautiful location - The water, boats, swans and breathtaking sunsets provide some gorgeous views. I'm hoping to update this review later on to provide some gorgeous pictures that were taken because words cannot do it justice!nWe truly ate, drank and laughed the whole entire night. Everyone had such a smile on their face.nOverall, I'm so thrilled with how our special day turned out!!! It was literally our dream wedding.nnUnfortunately, my dad passed away just a 2 short weeks later but I'm so thankful he was able to walk me down the aisle and enjoy such a special time. I'll treasure those memories forever.nnThank you Paul, Chad and the staff at the Lake House for an unforgettable day!
I recently held my daughter's baptism reception at The Lake House. I was so happy with the entire experience. Heather and Chad were extremely helpful, patient, and accomodating. The venue was clean and bright, and the views of Lake Ontario and the marina were beautiful. The food was delicious and the service was oustanding. Thank you so much for a great day!
