We are a downhome bistro serving up inspired housemade lunches, dinners, latenight pizza & desserts in an inviting open space with our trademark record player for customers to create their own vinyl playlists! Lunches start at 11:00am, dinner from 5pm to 8:30pm, and our latenight pizza menu from 8:30pm - 11:00pm!

I wrote out an order for a Turkey dinner to be catered to my house. The person at the desk took my written order. A week later I phoned to confirm the order. because I learned they had an electrical problem. When I called them, they said they had NO KNOWLEDGE of my order!! So I quickly went to reliable Roberts Place and ordered a catered turkey dinner.

We waited way too long for a simple plate of salmon and two desserts. Attentive staff. Very noisy and the music was far too loud. Washrooms not accessible. Restaurant is accessible. Wasps all over the patio and a woman at an adjacent table was stung. Put out some wasp traps. Ain't complicated. Not a lot of choice on Gabriola but there are far better places.

I never like to give negative reviews. After all, this place is someones dream! The location is convenient. Below average on almost all other counts.

I literally threw up shortly after eating their seared tuna main dish. There were fruit flies going after the glass of wine at our table. The food was expensive.

This place has excellent food and a very friendly staff. I've never been a fan of salmon but this place would turn me into one. I tried my wife's and actually liked it even better than the ahi I ordered. A definite must.
