This place was awesome. Lots of seating. Outdoors and handles crowds quick. The fries and hot dogs were great. The poutine was nice and huge for a small. My kids enjoyed and ice cream was awesome.
Great food has a dinning room and outdoor seating. And a million flavours of icecream A must stop in if you’re in the area. Only issue is them putting purple onions on a Caesar salad not my thing but the wife liked it
Love this place, they have a large and delicious menu. Easy and friendly staff and they will make you custom burgers. Ordered a 7 beef pattie Kiln Burger with a Large Fry. They made it without any issues. It’s a one a year challange. Large ice scream menu too.
The food is just ok. The prices are far to high for what you get. Had far higher expectations after some of the reviews we read. Would have recieved a lower rating but the icecream we got for desert got them an extra star.
Fresh cooked to order burgers/fries. Many menu options with variety of meats and fish, fries, ice cream. An outdoor patio area for dining, indoor seating for dining and picking up orders.
Decided to take a drive from Winnipeg to give it a try. We waited over 30 minutes for a hotdog, Reuben, onion rings and curly fries. At first we thought they were just busy, but 5 cars who arrived after us received their food first. Not sure why? Then when we got the food the Reuben literally had almost no meat on it. Really embarrassing to send something out to a customer like that. They should have said something if they ran out, I would have had no issue changing my order. The curly fries were good, but not enough to make up for the disappointment. Won’t be back.
Standard diner fare. Decent prices. Large portions. Pleasantly surprised with the taste. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their crispy chicken to people that are not hamburger lovers. Curly fries were flavourful and crisp. Nice portion of deep fried pickles with a delicious dip that I couldn’t identify but would have again. Huge fat boy burger with lots of flavour.
Absolutely love this little gem in stonewall! Their food is more of a home cooked kind of vibe instead of take out. The lines are always long in the summer but the staff are super quick with getting orders ready. You can also call ahead and order takeout which is helpful if you're in a rush. Definitely recommended.
It's so cute and the food was great. It was also less than 10min from the quarry where we decided to Picnic. Really recommend if your driving by to stop and grab an ice cream or something!
