Food is always delicious every time I have gone. It is a little more on the pricey side, but worth every penny. The staff and very attentive and always making sure you are satisfied with your food. If they make a mistake, they have no issue fixing it as fast as possible and apologize profusely. Amazing customer service.

My family have been a customer of this restaurant for the past 15 years visited no less than 40 times. Great atmosphere, good food with some complains, over all not a bad place.In the last 4-5 years, I felt pressured from a relaxing family dinner to a high speed bullet train station meal. "Are we catching the train from Tokyo to Osaka?" I asked. The main course came so quick before I had time to finish half of my salad. Many times, we were out in less than 45 minutes and the bill was by no means cheap. I filled in a survey on line to complain but no reply. I recently visited a Keg in Toronto, it was great in every way. This restaurant used to be 5 stars, from my long term report, their service drags them to failure. I cannot imagine a good restaurant would not let their customers properly taste and chew their food.

Went out with work friends. We were having fun and probably too loud. Apps were great. Got my meal and there was a curly black hair. I didn't feel like eating the meal so I let the waitress know and I wasn't feeling like having something else. Later the manager came and told me she was sorry but all her staff was wearing hairnets and the hair must have gotten there during delivery to the table. She was nice enough to not charge me for the entree. Got my bill minus 8 extra dollars. I still tipped the waitress she was great. Usually pretty good there.

Expect amazing. Every time. Great service, delectable food. My husband and I have gone to MANY different steak places. And we always compare to The Keg, and it always comes out the winner. Hands down the best steak dinner.

Overall, good. Service was excellent and prompt. We ordered the escargot and the manager came out and said it wasn't prepared as well as she would want it to be and said she will have the kitchen make another for free. Took off a star because the bar made a caesar that had so much worcestershire sauce I couldn't drink it, unfortunate it cost $12 (keg size).
