We went for a dinner there and had the nicest surprise. We were greeted by super friendly staff. They got us seated very fast even though it was a busy night. Our waiter was exceptional. We had the friendliest service by Dan. He ensured that our meal was served exactly the way that we ordered it. Our meals were delicious. Then he gave us an extra surprise. When he found out that it one of our parties birthdays he brought a HUGE treat to our table. We were blown away. We will be definitely back. Thanks so much

We just left very surprised and happy! We ordered two steaks that unfortunately were both overdone and the server noticed as I was poking away at it. She kindly took them away and replaced them with great-tasting ones. The manager, Jordan came by and greeted us, assuring is that he had our interests in mind. We were fine with waiting for new ones but they came out really quickly. After supper we expected to pay the bill and generously tip the server for her kindness and understanding and were surprised to discover that they footed the bill for the steaks - an unnecessary, but very appreciated gesture! Overall, it was a pleasant experience and reinforced our appreciation for great service and excellent steaks at the keg. I highly recommend this location!

We visited this restaurant early February with a larger group. The service was correct and the food was decent (as always). The manager came to our table and introduce himself witch was really nice from him. Also he introduce to us our servers as well. Only one mistake made during this night: one of the meals was cold and we had to send it back to warm it up. Other than that we had a fun and awesome night in the restaurant.

Never disappointed when go to the Keg. Its one of my favorite restaurants to go especially on my Birthday. The Prime Rib is my favorite meal. All the Staff from front to Servers are always polite and great service.

A SPECIAL OCCASION FUMBLED BUT RECOVERED! I called ahead to make a reservation for my wife's birthday on March 10/2018. We arrived a 20 minutes early and were seated before our reservation time. Nice!! A quiet corner in a busy restaurant. Nice!! We ordered our meal and our drinks and bread arrived very soon after being seated and that"s when things went awry. We were passed from one server to another server. A little while later our new server Jason W. offered us fresh drinks as our meals would be out any moment. Great! The drinks arrived but the meals didn't come. Not great! We were not checked on for quite some time after our drinks arrived. Not great! Jason W. passed by, glanced at our table, and went running off. He brought our meals with profuse apologizes. He immediately advised us that the manager was aware and would be over to us shortly. Rob S. came over, acknowledged my wife's birthday and the issue with the delays. No excuses, he would get to the bottom of it. My wife had steak and lobster, the lobster was like rubber. Both of our steaks had a dry crusty surface, too long under a heat lamp? I ordered garlic mashed and my wife ordered twice baked potato, I received my wife's potato and she received mine. We transferred them to each other at the table. We were offered replacement meals even before ours hit the table but we were famished and weren't looking forward to waiting for replacements. Before we could even really get too upset Rob S. the bar manager assured us that they were aware of the situation and our special occasion had basically been ruined. They did not charge us for any of our drinks, our meal or dessert. We were OK with this, fair we thought. Rob S. returned after our meal with another apology and a $50.00 gift card and an invitation to come back soon so they could have another chance to make things right. WOW!! This is why they are getting a 5 star review. We didn't have to complain about anything. Not once did they try and deflect or down play anything that happen. Upfront, open and honest communication. This is why I am a Keg customer. I've been coming to this location 2 or 3 times a year for the last 20 years. I can't wait to go back!
