The food was amazing. Well seasoned and fresh tasting. We got the NY strip with garlic butter and the whitefish. Started with the grilled oysters. Ambiance was also sublime. There was a live guitarist and space heaters under the adorable tent outside. Service was professional, friendly and attentive. We loved our experience here!
It was decent food, priced like everything else on the island, and amazing views. Our waiter really didn't want to be working though and it definitely showed. But we did see some great showmanship from some others.
It took us 15 minutes to get seated and then we were never waited on after being seated. We waited 20 minutes. In total 35 minutes. It was not busy and there were 4 waiters. It was very disappointing and we had to leave. We were looking forward to this lunch since the Grand Hotel restaurant was closed for the day.
Good food, fun wait staff! I was disappointed the wild rice had mushrooms in it without being mentioned on the menu. I would've ordered something different.
