Absolutely love this place! Always a must stop if I’m in the area. Great food, great service.
Just finished playing golf at Innerkip highlands and ended up at this amazing little pub just down the street. Great pub food... some of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. My buddies all loved their food choices also including chicken wings, and burgers. What a great way to end the day.
Had wings - perfect when you ask for well done and you get them well done! Fresh, not frozen and if you don't want them with a light in-house batter ask for them that way and you'll get them that way my preference. Not big city prices for beverages beer is my drink of choice at under $6.00 for premium. Service was great and Shannon the owner was great. Other staff is awesome too. The menu has everything in a pub fare way, for kids and larger groups as well and I choose to sit at the bar as a choice! Tuesday and Thursday ALL DAY you get the wing deal that is 8 for $7.99 - very good deal. Recommend this place if you're looking for a destination, or a local person wanting to support local - just saying - cheers .
Restaurant is for sale again? This town is growing quickly and the pub has a lot of Potential. Its called Customer Service Shannon... hello........ if it had better staff and management. What owner would let their servers just casually walk outside and smoke right outside the door with customers. Have been here at least 7 times and we wont be going back. Every Time we enter this place we have to walk through a crowd of drinkers and smokers standing right outside the door. Aren’t the rules for smokers to be at least 9 meters from any entrance? Owner lacks experience and knowledge of the industry. The service is very slow and the wait staff are too busy talking with all the regulars and to sit down at tables when talking with patrons and the mouth full of nasty talk was disgusting. This place is for sale after just a year and a half...... wonder why. Get a proper manager and serve hot food and pay attention to your customers and it might do better. That is All.
Been a few times....service is exceptionally poor. I am all for giving a place a break but wait staff seem more interested chatting with each other than paying attention to their customers! Each time I have been 10 it takes a looooooong time to even be greeted. Service is consistently slow and once served it's hard to get them to come back. EVERY time I have been there I have had to either ask another wait staff for service or to walk to bar to interrupt my wait staff who are more interested in chatting with each other than servicing their customers!!
Since they've gotten new owners the pub has gotten a lot better. Wing sauce is amazing as always, and it seems like the wing quality has gotten better. That being said their sandwiches and wraps are also really good. Would reccomend, great place.
Went here for wings on wing nite, what a GREAT time!! Plenty of people enjoying the great wings and the cool pints on tap. Pretty plain inside and the patio is nothing fancy but both serve their purpose. Will be back!
Good chicken wings and selection of draft beer. Only one server for entire restaurant so the service was very slow. Decor is small town rustic but the restaurant is reasonably clean.
It's a hit or miss service wise... Great food but on busier nights it's chaotic and a bit un- managed. You often see two girls running their butts off for you though as best they can! The servers that I have had, had all been wonderful.
Have been here many times, the food is always great, and the beer selection is good! Service is a bit slow on wing night Tuesday AND Thursday, but only because the place is packed.
