Everything about this place makes sense. The quality & superb freshness of the food meets an outstanding price. The crispy pork sandwich with a half salad is the wave.

OMG. Go here. The falafel salad and the burger royal are amazing. My fiancée said they are the best buns he’s ever had! And they sell them!! just a totally lovely food cart in every way. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Owner/operator/cook/cashier was awesome! Super friendly and willing to chat. Food was very good! I have kids and he accommodated all their special requests without hesitation. They ate all of it! If you are passing through, take the time to grab a bite here.
My wife told me if we ever move from Florida to Oregon we have to live within a 30 minute drive of the Huck Truck. Ate there 4 times in 2019, often having to drive from south of Mt. Hood to get there. INCREDIBLE food with unique combinations of everything you can imagine. This is a rare jewel that you should not miss.
