I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now, and it has been a wonderful experience. The Hub is a home away from home and a wonderful community of like minded individuals. The location is equally perfect because it’s close to school and also close to downtown. We’re provided with top notch facilities and they really value our concerns and criticisms! Not to mention, the view is so beautiful.
I absolutely love living at The Hub Calgary! The location is incredibly convenient, with close proximity to SAIT and UofC, and has easy access to the bus and train station. The unit is beautifully furnished with modern amenities, and I love that the rent includes a gym, internet, and heat.nnThe resident lounge is a fun hangout spot with pool, table tennis, and foosball. The laundry and the gym on the top floor with a nice view are fantastic. Plus, they have a parcel room for hassle-free package deliveries. The community events like National Plant A Flower Day, stampede party, and many more are a great way to meet fellow residents.nnAnd the best part is that my room has an amazing view!nnI highly recommend The Hub Calgary as a cozy and welcoming home for students, including international students.
Living at The Hub Calgary has been awesome, thanks a lot to the amazing staff! A big shout-out to Rebecca Lee, the Assistant General Manager. Even though she's pretty new here, Rebecca's been super professional and quick to sort out any issues that us tenants have come up against. It's been great having someone like her around who really cares and works hard to make sure we're all comfortable and happy. Thanks, Rebecca, for making my time here so much better!
Definitely an awesome place to live in! Has great amenities - all the appliances are top of the line and everyone here is great! Security is amazing as well. Recommend it for any students looking for places to stay. They even had a free Perogie day!
I would like to start by saying it was hard to find a place with the current housing crisis and it’s getting worse by the day.nI was lucky to find The HUB at the right time. Miss Hailey & her team are nothing short of special. They will help till the best they can for every residents here in The HUB and try to make our daily life’s comfortable. Not only comfortable, they also try and make our busy students or professional life’s a bit more enjoyable by adding events every month or keeping the lounge well maintained & updated.nThe maintenance staff is very understanding and quick to respond.nThere maybe be instances where residents maybe unhappy for any reason but at the end of the day, one should truly compare what is going on in the city with this crisis and how landlords are treating tenants in real time, then complain about the grievances online.nnHope this review helps.
