The hub has been a fantastic place to live and I have enjoyed my experience these last 3 years. I have had many positive interactions especially with Rebecca. They have always been willing to help me, even at the oddest hours of the night and early in the morning. Truly can’t recommend this place more, I don’t see myself ending my lease any time soon.
My overall experience at the HUB has been great 1.5 years+. The rent and utilities is slightly high when the unit is not big at all, but I choose my own comfort over sharing a space with someone. So I know what I sign up for.nThe common space is well-maintained. There is a functioning gym, shared laundry place, lounge area and a study room on every floor. And I use them very often. I can tell the management tries to create a community for all tenants living here because there are monthly events for tenants gathering together. The management also communicates with tenants whenever there’s an issue and attends to it quickly.nThe building is easily accessible via public transit, great for people who do not own a vehicle. The building is located on the busy street. However, I can’t hear much of outside noise once I’m inside.nFor every rental, there’s good and bad side to it. Just need to find out what matters to you, ask all the right questions and read the lease before signing up. For me, I am quite happy and have no issues with the place and management so far.
I’ve had a great experience working with Madison. She’s been professional, understanding, and genuinely supportive throughout my lease, especially during a challenging time. It’s clear she cares about the tenants and goes the extra mile to find solutions. I really appreciate her compassion and responsiveness — it’s made a big difference.nnThis building has great amenities and the views are spectacular. And the rent affordable! Definitely recommend!
The maintenance technician was amazing and a great help for me. Got back from my vacation midnight and the door fob doesn't work, so I had to call maintenance and he was quickly to assist me to get into my unit safely.nI only gave four star because despite the HUB management team and staffs are super helpful and friendly, renting price keep going up. I have been staying here for more than 2 years and I feat the until my graduation, price might skyrocket.
The Hub Calgary is the best accommodation where I've stayed in so far in Calgary. First of all, the building is very new, clean, and tidy. All cleaners are working so hard everyday making sure all areas are neat and tidy. The maintenance team is awesome by having your requests and issues solved very efficiently. Once I tried sending out a request to fix the water tap handle and they knocked my door in 5 minutes. People are very friendly, respectful, and helpful. The admin office is very welcoming. Whenever there is any issue, it will go to corresponding departments to have things solved. The admin office always proactively follows up ensuring residents are safe and comfortable.
