So authentic and delicious! Moved to Kelowna from Ontario in September and have been missing jerk chicken since.. this place is LEGIT. The flavor and spices are perfect. So happy to have found this hidden gem.
Walked by in the afternoon when charcoal bbq’s were being prepared and made an instant decision to go back for dinner. Awesome Caribbean vibe awaited us when we went back at night for jerk chicken dinners. Took them to go and had a beer while we waited. Absolutely delicious - literally would not change a thing. Awesome experience .
So fricken good! Huge portions, super friendly and so quick. Less than 5 minutes for take out Jerk chicken...perfect! Curry goat...delicious! The spice is right and the flavor is beyond. Hard to find cuz it's in the back of the building. Enter through the alley Lots of seasonings, sauce and snacks to try. Can't wait to go back and try more
Food was great and service friendly. Our order was somewhat specialty in that we were feeding a group and asked for catering type pans of each item, they accommodated the request. Would I eat here again ... without question. Maybe a little more $$ than I'd expected but everyone raved about the food.
My after-work treat on Fridays because I'm too lazy to cook at the end of the week! The atmosphere, service, and food are all excellent! My favourites are the curried goat and jerk chicken!
Best meal I have eaten in a restaurant in Canada. Authentic African/Caribbean foods. The price was worth every piece of the food. Physically and Psychologically satisfied. I will sure come again.
This place it awesome makes you feel at home, I was able to get some of the good caribbean food that I love, get to play Domino's, Ludi Caribbean music, card games just feel at home all right I'm a pescatarian and come here all the time to get my Seafood, overall service is great and I would recommend this please to anyone who want to eat some good Caribbean food.
One of the best all around places I’ve ever been to. From the food to the atmosphere, this place rocks! The food is so delicious and very authentic. It is such a fun spot, and everyone there is so welcoming and friendly. The music is great and the people are even better. Can’t hype it up enough, you’ll just have to check it out for yourself.
Hidden gem. Smells like a BBQ cookout parlor, delicious spicy food from the islands.Food: 5/5
Best place in town for authentic Jamaican food. Delicious and never disappointed with it. Definitely go check it out. The atmosphere is of course awesome too!
