Very proffessional costumer service. The saleswoman recommended me suitable equipment according to my requirements, bufget and time - she showed me wide range of possibilites and was able to recoommend the best one. It was pleasure to shop there, despite it was out of Prague. I will definitely visit it again.
Very nice shop. Clean, clear and easily accessible. Parking in front of the entrance. Very nice assistants. I like coming here because you don't always have someone behind your back and you can calmly decide whether to buy or not. And it is definitely worth noting the box with discounts according to the current offer :
Unfortunately, it is not a very well-established shop, so the offer of equestrian equipment is modest. There isn't much to choose from for male riders. I believe it will change for the better soon.
I didn't go to the store in person, I ordered FJ AirS calipers from the e-shop I ordered on February 8, 2022 and received them on February 9, 2022. amazing speed of delivery throughout the Czech Republic. It rarely happens that I order something and have it at home the next day. we still need to finish something, but I believe that everything will be to the satisfaction of both parties : then thank you for the fast service. I haven't experienced such kind and helpful staff in a long time. Help with choosing for a girlfriend, explanations of everything and a wide range of brands that are not found anywhere else. I also ordered through the e-shop and also without problems.
Unfortunately, he has already moved to Smíchov near Praha Smíchov station - I don't know where exactly The staff were friendly and could give advice to everyone
I went for camas, bridles and a bit. The shop is full of rags, but it's not enough to choose from things for horses. If there was a bit that would fit, it wasn't the size. The black color was not in the right size for the kamasi. The saleswoman kept going to the warehouse like a lost Dutchman. In the final, I wasn't even in the mood to watch anything anymore, I bought camas, which I didn't want to take away at least something and not go there unnecessarily. When paying for the change, the seller could not calculate how much to return. So very disappointed for me. Maybe I'll visit and connect with Dance and Jump. Then the gold Equiservis.

Nice and helpful service. Unfortunately, not a very good selection of sizes in stock.
