The Horny Goat gastro Pub

My coworkers and I were thinking about having our Christmas lunch here. I stopped in at lunchtime today (11/30/17) to get a menu that everyone could have a look at since the online menu is outdated. I was told that there were no available "take out" menus. When I asked if I could have or borrow one of the restaurant menus, again, I was told "no" as "they were just printed". The person never offered to make a photocopy for me. Instead, told me that I could take a picture of the menu. Seriously? And how does she suggest I share that with everyone in my office? This gal's poor attitude & inflexibility has resulted in my decision to not ever support this establishment and the office has decided to eat somewhere else as well. There are many other restaurants in town that understand good customer service.....this is not one of them.

Great bar food place. Hog Heaven sandwich is awesome. Good atmosphere, laid back. Fresh cut fries are great

I favor the bar for the top Tenders who are truly in the know of special drinks and snacks they come up with for happy hour. Only place I know of for fresh oysters around town! Good company all around.

Brilliant food. Complex sauces. If you are a "foodie" you will love this place. You would expect to find this quality of dinning in San Francisco.

Been here a couple times and havent been overly impressed. We always seem to show up at an off time and can never get anyone to seat us. One time we waited 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged us so we left. I really want to like it because it is a super cute atmosphere. We love the bottle room. This last visit the waitress seemed really irritated to have to serve us . The fish and chips are good ! We will keep trying maybe the service will get better !
