Need some quarts of paint shuck up. There was no one at the paint counter,but there were three employees at the customer service counter. They ignored me as I waited 5 minutes then approached them to see if someone could shake these. They had to call someone from the back and sat there looking at me for another 5 mins till two ladies from the back came to help me Really, you would have thought that one of them could have shuck up the paint or approached me about the wait.Had I not needed the paint tonight I should have left.

Employees are always good when available. Many specific departments are left thin so usually have to wait around to get help. Seems like the store is always a few pennies short of a dollar as far as selection. I've done a few projects the past year and seem to get 9 out of 10 of the items I need and need to get to Menards or Lowe's to finish the list which makes the whole so big a store you only need one stop setep pointless. Had a carpet job a year ago and due to their website scheduling tool not asking all the needed questions the job was 5 yards short but the employees worked to get it fixed. My takeaway, customer service is good but seems to be stifled by problems out of their control.
